1. All paintings subject to availability at time of enquiry.

2. All purchases to be paid in full by credit card.

3. No deposits, returns, exchanges or refunds are possible.

4. Purchasers are responsible for their selections which are based on the images and information presented.

5. Paintings are well packed, insured and sent by Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Refer to forwarding details.

HOW TO PURCHASE

1. Make your selection after viewing the Catalogue and image of the desired painting.

4. Orders may be faxed as well but it is essential that you ring first to confirm availability of the painting. The desired painting will be held for 15 minutes to allow you to transmit the fax. A copy of the Fax Form is available for printing. Please note: This service is only available until 5pm (Central Standard Time).

5. Please note: Visitors to the Art Exhibition Preview Evening on 12 September have first right of purchase of all paintings on display. If you wish to place an order for any painting for this Preview Evening, your order will be processed subject to the painting still being available at 8pm (Central Standard Time) on 12 September 2008.
