EVENTS

The small Hawker community is an active one with the clubs and organisations conducting a number of regular events for the community and visitors.

Major annual events include the very popular Hawker Cup races held on the last Saturday in May and the Hawker Art Exhibition held in September.

HAWKER RACES
	The annual Hawker Races are held on the last Saturday of every May. The Hawker Cup is a major highlight on the Hawker district calendar, attracting a large crowd from all over the state as well as those just passing through. So for any race-goer who has not experienced the friendly atmosphere of country racing, then the Hawker Races in May is the place to be.
